AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SCI'~DULE OF WASTEWATER RATES CONTAINED
IN ORDINANCE NO. 2000-295 FOR WASTEWATER SERVICE; AMENDING rrHE
PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEDULE RESPECTING SALE OF TREATED WASTEWATER
EFFLUENT (SCHEDULE SGE); PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Rate Schedules for wastewater service as provided for in Chapter 26 of the
Code of Ordinances, are amended to read as follows:
