2001-462AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE QUARTERLY PAYMENTS OF THE SOLID WASTE SURCHARGE,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE (PURCHASE ORDER 101497 TO T N R C C IN
THE AMOUNT OF $143,750)
WHEREAS, m order to comply with the contract commitment to Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission (TNRCC), the City of Denton is required to pay Solid Waste Perrmt Fee,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed and recommended that the City Council approve
and authotaze the payment of such fees, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I That the expenditure of funds m the amount of $143,750 to be prod to the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC), is hereby authorized
SECTION II That this orchnance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval
