AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF DENTON AND RANCH VENTURES, LTD RELATING TO THE
PURCHASE OF TWO TRACTS COMPRISING APPROXIMATELY 10 868 ACRES
OF LAND LOCATED IN THE N BRITTON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO 51, FOR
USE AS PARK, AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFOR,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEP. BY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Real Estate
Contract between the C~ty and Ranch Ventures, Ltd, in substantially the form of the Real
Estate ,Contract which is attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all
purposes, for the purchase of two tract comprising approximately 10 868 acres for use as

SECTION 2 The Oty Manager ~s authorized to make the expenditures as set
