That Ordinance 99-371 is hereby amended by the adoption of the Development Review Fee Schedule set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, and authorized to be imposed for the filing of applications, review, approval, grant or issuance of plats, plans, permits, licenses, certificates, variances or designations required by the Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Zomng Regulations set forth and authorized in Chapters 34 and 35 respectively of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton SECTION 2.
