SINGLE-FAMILY 7 CONDITIONED (SF-7[C]) ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION AND USE DESIGNATION ON 132 55 ACRES, SINGLE- FAMILY 10 CONDITIONED (SF-10[C]) ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION AND USE DESIGNATION ON
