AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CALENDAR YEAR 2001 ("CY2001") BUDGETS FOR
THE USg OF HOTEL TAX REVENUE BY THE GREATER DENTON ARTS COUNCIL
AND THE NORTH TEXAS STATE FAIR, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
S~CTION I That the CY2001 budgets for the use of hotel tax revenue by the Greater
Denton Arts Council and the North Texas State Fmr, attached as Exlub~ts A and B hereto, and
incorporated by reference herein, are hereby approved, subject to the limitations contained wlttun
each entlty's currently existing hotel tax contract vnth the C~ty of Denton, Texas
SI~CTION II That this ordinance shall become effective lmmedmtely upon its passage
and approval
