EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS THEREFORE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE (PO 10778 - MARTIN MARIETTA FOR 3/8" DOWN ROCK IN THE
AMOUNT O $24,963 00)
WHEREAS, as authorized by C~ty of Denton Or&nance No 98-344 and Chapter
791 of the Government Code, the City of Denton and Denton County entered ~nto that
certmn Cooperative Purchasing Agreement dated October 20, 1998 (the "Interlocal
Agreement") to prowde for the purchase of goods and services, and
WHEREAS, the Oty Cotmcfl finds that the herelnbelow authorization of
purchase of goods and/or services are ~n the pubhc ~merest, NOW, THEREFORE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 The purchase of the following goods and/or services under the
Interloeal Agreement are hereby anthonzed
