AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF DENTON IN EXECUTING THE
OWNERS' CERTIFICATE OF A FINAL PLAT OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, MEREDITH
ADDITION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1 That the City Manager is anthonzed to act on behalf of the City of Denton
in executing the owners' certificate of a final plat of Lot 1, Block A, Meredith Addition, a copy
of which final plat is attached hereto and made a part hereof
SECTION 2 That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and approval
