AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR THE
RENTAL OF AIRCRAFT HANGAR AND TIE-DOWN SPACE OWNED BY THE CITY
UPON THE DENTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE RENTAL OF SUCH PROPERTY AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
~ That the charges for the rental of the mty's mrcraft hangars and t~e-down
spaces upon the Denton Mtm~mpal A~rport shall be as follows
A Oyemxght Tie-down After Three (33 Days
1 S~ngle engine mrcraft $ 3 00 per day
2 Twin engine aircraft $ 5 00 per day
B Monthly T~e-down (North Ram~
1 Single engine mrcraft $40 00
2 Twin engine aircraft $50 00
C M0nthlv T~e-down (South Ramo)
I Single engine mrcraft $30 00
2 Twin engine mreraft $40 00'
D Ummnr0¥ed Tie-down (Infield) $15 00
E, Open T-Hangars (Monthlv~ $65 00
F Enclosed T-Hangars (Monthlv~ $85 00
*Where the wing span of a twin engine mrcraft exceeds 40 feet, an additional charge of
$1 50 per foot shall be made for each foot ~n excess of 40 feet
~ That the C~ty Manager or h~s demgnee m hereby authorized to enter ~nto
contracts for the rental of the C~ty's mrcraft hangars and tie-down spaces at the rates set forth
here~n
SECTION 3 That th~s ordinance shall become effective ~mme(hately upon ~ts passage
and approval
