ABATE A NUISANCE, ENFORCE STATUTES, REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES
R~LATING TO FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT, AND FOR EXTRAORDINARY RELIEF,
RATIFYING PRIOR ACTIONS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION 1. That the C~ty Attorney ~s hereby authorized to ~nst~mt¢ clwl hUgatlon against
WBB&B Holdings, Ltd, and other potential defendants, to abate a nmsance, enforce statutes,
regulations and orchnanees relating to floodplain management, and for extraordinary rehef
~ That all prior actions taken of thc character denominated by Section I, above,
are hereby ratified and approved
SECTION 3, That tl~s ordinance shall become effective unmedmtely upon its passage and
approval
