SECTION VI That all prowslons of the ordinances of the City of Denton in conflict with the
provisions of flus ordinance are hereby repealed, and all other provisions of the ordinances of the
City of Denton, not m conflict w~th the provisions of this or&nance, shall remain m full force and
effect
SECTION VII. That if any provision of thts ordinance or apphcatlon thereof to any person or
mreumstance is held anvalld, such mvahd~ty shall not affect the other prowslons or apphcatlons, and
to thts end the provisions ofth~s ordinance are severable
SECTION VIII That any person adjudged gmlty of parkang a vehtcle m violation of flus
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred
Dollars ($200 00)
SECTION VI. That flus ordinance shall become effective fourteen (14) days from the date of
its passage, and the City Secretary is hereby chrected to cause the captaon of this ordinance to be
published trace m the Denton-Record Chromcle, the official newspaper of the City of Denton,
Texas, wlflun ten (10) days of the date of its passage
