being S 89° 43' 02" W, along said south line, 125.00 feet from its intersection with the west
line of Newton Street;
THENCE S 000 16' 58" E, 51.19 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE in a southerly direction with a curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of
28° 31' 34" and a radius of 70.00 feet, an arc distance of 34.85 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE S 28° 14' 36" W, 224.57 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE in a southerly to westerly direction with a curve to the right, said curve having a central
angle of 94° 55' 18" and a radius of 40.00 feet, an are distance of 66.27 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE in a northerly direction with a curve to the right, Chord Bearing N 30° 48' 29" W, said

THENCE N 89° 43' 02" E, continuing along said south line, 230.67 feet to a point for corner and

That CENTEX REAL ESTATE COPORATION, dba FOX & JACOBS, INC., a Nevada Corporation, acting herein and
through its duly authorized officers, does hereby adopt this plat designating the hereinabove
described property as THE COLONY NO. 28 PHASE 3, an does hereby dedicate to the public use forever
the streets and public use areas shown hereon. The easements as shown are hereby granted to the
City of the Colony and are reserved for the purposes as indicated. No buildings, fences, trees,
shrubs or other improvements shall be constructed or placed upon, over or across the easements as
shown therein without the approval of grantee. Any easement grantee shall have the right to remove
and keep removed all or parts of any buildings, fences, shrubs, trees, or other improvements or
growths which may in any way endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance or efficiency
of its respective systems on the Easements, and shall at all times have the full right of ingress
and egress to or from and upon said easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing,
inspecting, patrolling, improving, repairing, maintaining and adding to or removing all or parts of
their respective systems without the necessity at any time of procuring the permission of anyone.
