particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a capped iron rod (red) found in the Westerly line of interstate Highway 35 for the Southeast corner of said remainder and being the
Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Commerce Center, an addition to said City, according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet E, Slide 152, Plat
Records of said County;
Thence South 67 degrees 38 minutes 18 seconds West with said common line part of the way a distance of 587.54 feet to a capped iron rod (red)
found for the Northwest corner of a tract of land described in the deed to ERI- Elk Spring Ranch, L.P., as recorded in Document Number 2013-465D8,
of said Real Property Records, and being in the East line of Kansas City Southern Railway (150 ROW), and being the Southwest corner of said
remainder;
