charges are paid. Slide three means that across all utilities,29.37%of their billed revenue
1 is outstanding more than 60 days. For City of Denton,only 7.5%of billed revenue is older
than 60 days.

4 were allowed to no bid lines that they could not provide.The bid tabulation reflects all
submittals for every vendor that submitted including the no bids for transparency.
