real estate transaction,it will be important for potential buyers to conduct sufficient due diligence
to confirm if the property(-ies)can be used as intended.

Courthouse Square Historic District?Does that mean it's not included on the Register District,but is a non-contributing structure because it was completed in 1972,outside the
National Register,or does that mean it is but is below some sort of standard? "period of significance"for the National Register District.The"period of significance"for the
National Register District is the time during which it attained the characteristics which qualify it to
be listed on the National Register,which,in the case of the Courthouse Square,was from 1882-
1949.Since the Wells Fargo building was not built during that time period,it does not contribute to
the characteristics which qualify the Courthouse Square to be listed in the National Register.

us? $95,987.98 for the May 2025 General and Special Election,which utilized 11 polling locations
shared with Denton ISD.The District 3 Runoff Election,which involved only a City race and was not
cost-shared,totaled$23,709.93 for two polling locations.
Denton County has indicated that election costs will increase to reflect rising staffing and resource
expenses.Additionally,if a runoff is required for one or more At-Large races,the number of polling
locations needed could exceed the two used last year,which may substantially increase the overall
cost of a runoff election.

Annual training for PUB and Council has not been previously formalized.In practice, DME staff
utilizes Council and PUB closed session discussions to provide clarity,insight,and answer any
questions regarding DME's hedging strategy. DME will continue this approach.

Substantial edit examples include changes to trading authority limits,counterparty credit
requirements,or the introduction of any commodity trade types not previously approved by City
Council.Non-substantial edits would include updates to the organizational chart,staff turnover,and
other administrative changes to the policy.The determination of whether a proposed edit is
substantial will be made in coordination with the City Attorney's Office.All proposed edits,
regardless of type,will continue to be presented to the Risk Committee.
